To access the test run fields using standard Salesforce record detail pages: 

1. From the Test Runs page, identify the desired entry, click the dropdown arrow at the right end of the row, and select View Record.
2. The Details tab shows high-level details for the test run.
3. The Test Run Results section shows results for individual fields included in the test run.
4. The Included Test Cases section lists the test cases included in the test run.
