To access the test case fields using standard Salesforce record detail pages: 

1. From the Test Cases page, identify the desired entry, click the dropdown arrow at the right end of the row, and select View Record.
2. The Details tab shows high-level details for the test case.
3. The Baseline Targets section shows results for each baseline value captured.
4. The Test Run Results section lists all test run executions that include the test case.
