Occasionally an environment’s authentication will expire and need to be recreated (i.e. when refreshing a sandbox).
To reauthenticate an environment:
- Click on the desired Environment to open its properties.
- Click Reauthenticate.
- Enter your Salesforce login credentials and login.
Refreshed sandboxes can only be reauthenticated this way if the Control org is the production org the sandbox was refreshed from.
If your Control org is a sandbox, the refreshed connected sandbox will have to be added as a new Environment
