Prodly Permission Sets

You can assign both Prodly AppOps User and Prodly AppOps Admin permissions sets depending on which users you want to be able read, create, edit, and delete certain objects.

To add these permissions to your users:

  1. Go to ‘Setup’.
  2. Search ‘Users’.
  3. Select the user you would like to add the permissions to.
  4. Scroll to ‘Permission Set Assignments’ then select ‘Edit Assignments‘.
  5. Select either Prodly AppOps User or Prodly AppOps Admin from the ‘Avaliable Permission Sets‘.

The following chart represents the permission settings available for both Prodly AppOps User and Prodly AppOps Admin users.

Custom Permission Settings

When Prodly AppOps User and Prodly AppOps Admin permissions sets are added to a users ‘Permissions Sets’ there is also a sub set of ‘Custom Permissions’ added to the Profile. You can remove or add them to customize

To customize the User or Admin permission sets to better meet the needs of your use case you must clone the permission set. You can not change these permissions directly but can add or remove the following custom permissions from a cloned copy.

AppOps Account Settings ManageAppOps_Account_Settings_ManageAllows Admins to view Prodly Account Settings such as Allow Deletions and Individual Record Results settings. Users without this permission will only be able to authenticate to their Version Control Repository if the account is integrated with Version Control.
AppOps Control Instance ManageAppOps_Control_Instance_ManageProvides Admins the option to authenticate and re authenticate the control org environment. Users without this custom permission will not see this option on the control org environment. 
PDRI.AppOps Metadata ManageAppOps_Metadata_ManageProvides Admins the option to compare and deploy Metadata. Users without this custom permission will not be able to deploy Metadata.
