Prodly’s Monitor (Compliance Center) feature allows users to effortlessly track and document changes to Salesforce data and reference data. Users can instantly generate comprehensive audit reports based on deployments and their linked work items while empowering auditors with accurate insights.

With Compliance Center, you can conduct:

1. Monitoring
   • Users can monitor their environments to stay alerted for any configuration changes made outside of their change management process and take appropriate action.
2. Audit Reporting
   • Users can quickly generate a report that shows which users have certain level of access to certain aspects of system configuration and what changes have been made to system configuration.
   • This allows users to provide evidence to auditors that established change management policies (controls) are being followed.

Set Up Compliance Center

To set up Compliance Center, users must first assign their users the appropriate permissions to access the Monitor tab and then users can request a Monitor license.

To request a Monitor License:

1. Visit the Monitor tab
2. A license request screen should appear if no license exists
3. Select ”Request License”

Users with the Prodly Admin permission set should be able to view and access the Monitor tab. Users with the Prodly User permission set will not have access to the Monitor tab.
