To set up Compliance Center users must first assign their users the appropriate permissions to access the Monitor tab and then users can request a Monitor license.
To request a Monitor License:
- Visit the Monitor tab
- A license request screen should appear if no license exists
- Select ‘Request License’
Users with the Prodly Admin permission set should be able to view and access the Monitor tab. Users with the Prodly User permission set will not have access to the Monitor tab.
