To access the test template fields using standard Salesforce record detail pages: 

1. From the Test Templates page, identify the desired entry, click the three dots at the right end of the row, and select View Record.
2. Click the Details tab to view details for the test template.
3. Click the Related tab to view the fields included in the test template.
